- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors of any discrepancies or low stock.
- Ensure compliance with all company security policies and cash-handling procedures.
- Bag and label purchases professionally according to company standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in retail, cashier, or checkout roles is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
