Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve store performance targets.
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring brand standards and smooth execution of store processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate successful store expansions.
- Plan and execute promotional events to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor retail KPIs, analyze sales trends, and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
- Manage inventory flow and merchandising strategies to maximize retail floor efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure long-term business alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, sales coordination, or brand management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team leadership.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and convert it into effective retail strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and retail management software.
