Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising shoppers throughout their journey.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, handling transactions and managing cash accurately.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by implementing merchandising standards and maintaining product placements.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor and assist with inventory management and stocktaking activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and promoting current offers and campaigns.
- Support receiving and processing new shipments to ensure timely availability of products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (up to 10 kg).
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Local candidates from Tangerang or surrounding areas are highly preferred.
