Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets across multiple store locations.
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and inventory management protocols.
- Mentor, lead, and develop store management teams to foster a high-performance culture and improve staff retention.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average transaction value, conversion rates, and footfall to optimize store profitability.
- Drive customer experience initiatives, ensuring that all outlets maintain the highest levels of service excellence and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the procurement and marketing departments to plan promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational compliance, workplace safety, and consistent brand representation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-store leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to drive top-line revenue growth and manage operational budgets effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail management software and CRM tools.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends within the Singapore retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
