- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Drive sales performance through personalized customer service and upselling strategies
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and implement loss prevention measures
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling in-store displays
- Analyze sales data and implement action plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and seasonal launches
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory/management role
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development and coaching skills
- Expertise in visual merchandising principles and inventory management systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and retail POS software
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep understanding of fashion retail trends and customer psychology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons
