Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class concierge service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Drive boutique sales targets through personalized recommendations and product knowledge.
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including opening and closing procedures, POS operations, and cash handling.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock takes, replenishment, and display management.
- Create and maintain a visually appealing and clean retail environment consistent with brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with repeat clients to increase member engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a Diploma in Hospitality or Retail Management.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or guest services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with international guests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A groomed, professional appearance that reflects our brand image.
