Join Boldd Advertising Sdn Bhd as a Retail Executive specializing in premium skincare products and drive sales excellence across Sarawak and Sabah. This pivotal role combines strategic merchandising expertise with hands-on team leadership to elevate brand presence in competitive retail environments. You'll spearhead in-store promotions, develop comprehensive staff training programs, and implement dynamic visual merchandising strategies that captivate customers and maximize product visibility. By analyzing consumer behavior and market trends, you'll identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans to exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
As the brand ambassador in retail spaces, you'll orchestrate engaging product demonstrations, manage promotional events, and cultivate strong relationships with store partners. Your ability to motivate teams through continuous skills development and performance monitoring will ensure consistent delivery of brand experiences. This position offers the chance to shape retail strategies for premium skincare products while contributing to the company's expansion in East Malaysia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drive retail sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets across Sarawak and Sabah locations
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to optimize product placement and brand visibility
- Conduct comprehensive training programs for retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and in-store activations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Ensure consistent brand experience and exceptional customer service standards
- Prepare regular performance reports and sales analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail management, preferably in skincare/beauty industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in merchandising and visual display implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
- Ability to travel across Sarawak and Sabah as required
