As a Retail Executive, you are the face of the Garmin brand. You will provide expert product demonstrations, assist fitness enthusiasts and tech-savvy customers in selecting the right devices, and contribute to the overall success and aesthetic of our retail environment. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and are committed to delivering world-class service that matches the quality of the Garmin ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing expert knowledge on Garmin’s full range of smartwatches, cycling computers, and fitness trackers.
- Drive store sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly personal sales KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store layout adheres to brand guidelines and looks inviting.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and organization of the stockroom.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries or feedback professionally.
- Educate customers on device features, connectivity, and Garmin Connect app integration to ensure product satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, high-energy, and efficient work environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or sporting goods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical features in a simple, engaging manner.
- A genuine interest in sports, fitness, or outdoor activities is highly preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required by retail operations.
- Strong team player who is reliable, punctual, and maintains a professional appearance.
