As a Retail Executive, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of store presentation, managing inventory, and providing expert product recommendations. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting patrons with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Execute daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, and cash handling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment, and report low-stock items.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with retail experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Pleasant personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking in a busy retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital POS systems.
- Willingness to work at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya.
