We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Executive to join our team at our Subang Jaya outlet. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and providing expert product recommendations.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive and organized store layout.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Assist in organizing in-store promotional activities and events to attract foot traffic.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM qualification with at least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining high service standards.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and point-of-sale operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle stock movement.
- Familiarity with health and beauty products is an advantage.
