Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, specifically assisting Mandarin-speaking customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Manage store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and conducting regular stocktakes.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of shelves and displays to attract customers and promote sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash handling responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in receiving and organizing new merchandise deliveries.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Oral and Written) is essential.
- Possess a valid SPM certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory for Trainees.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
