Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory management for stationery and Chinese departments
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and sales support
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Participate in promotional campaigns and sales target achievement
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental KPIs
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (English proficiency preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn POS systems
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Prior retail experience is advantageous but not required
