Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily retail operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment processes
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize store performance
- Execute promotional campaigns and in-store merchandising initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with marketing teams on local activation programs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/sales management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems (POS, inventory)
- Results-driven mindset with proven sales track record
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
