Bali Ocean Magic is looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Retail F&B Warehouse Specialist to join our team in the vibrant heart of Kuta, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our inventory and our retail operations, ensuring that our guests have seamless access to our products while maintaining optimal stock levels.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our retail goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Inventory Oversight: Manage the complete lifecycle of stock, including receiving, storage, and releasing retail goods to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Stock Movement: Execute daily stock movements efficiently, ensuring that merchandise is rotated and available for sales teams to access quickly.
- Guest Experience Support: Collaborate with retail staff to ensure shelves are stocked and ready, directly contributing to an excellent guest service experience.
- Receiving & Documentation: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspect goods for quality, and maintain accurate digital and physical logs.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and storage standards.
- Stock Reporting: Monitor inventory levels and alert management to potential shortages or overstock situations to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Proven experience in retail operations, warehouse management, or F&B stock control is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to count, track, and verify inventory details to minimize errors.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes (up to 15kg), standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
