Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily receiving and releasing of retail goods to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
- Manage stock movements and inventory levels to minimize loss, prevent shortages, and maximize product availability.
- Ensure excellent guest service by maintaining a well-organized retail space and assisting customers with product inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and reconcile inventory reports regularly.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to coordinate deliveries, handle discrepancies, and resolve logistical issues efficiently.
- Keep the warehouse and retail storage areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail operations, F&B, or warehouse management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of stock control principles, inventory management, and receiving processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and physical handling of goods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using inventory management systems.
