Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? Jackstones Properties Inc is seeking a highly motivated Retail Facilities and Property Manager to join our team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between property management and our retail tenants, ensuring that our facilities remain secure, functional, and inviting for all stakeholders.
As our Facilities Manager, you will oversee daily building operations, coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, and spearhead initiatives to optimize property performance. We are looking for an individual who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on problem solving, ensuring that our commercial retail spaces meet the highest standards of safety and aesthetic appeal.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of retail facilities to ensure seamless functionality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, requests, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective facility repairs and upgrades.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of property assets.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental health standards.
- Coordinate with security teams to maintain a safe environment for tenants, staff, and visitors.
- Assist in the preparation of annual facility budgets and monitor ongoing expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility or property management, specifically within the retail sector.
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse tenant relations.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
