Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers to drive sales and engagement.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding current collections, fabrics, and garment care.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the store remains aesthetically pleasing and brand-aligned.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment, receiving shipments, and stockroom organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury sales, or a high-end customer service role is highly preferred.
- A genuine passion for the fashion industry and a strong awareness of current global trends.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of working effectively within a team.
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy for handling POS transactions and inventory data.
