Are you a strategic leader with a passion for retail real estate? Conexus Staffing & Consultancy Solutions is looking for a results-driven Retail Leasing Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will drive the leasing strategy for our high-value commercial assets, fostering strong partnerships with premier retail brands and retailers to maximize occupancy and revenue.
As the Retail Leasing Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for tenants, overseeing the entire leasing lifecycle—from market analysis and site selection to negotiation and lease execution. You will be responsible for shaping the tenant mix to ensure a dynamic shopping environment that attracts foot traffic and drives business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to drive asset value and occupancy rates.
- Identify, qualify, and secure anchor tenants and key retail brands for commercial properties.
- Manage relationships with existing tenants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and demographic data.
- Lead lease negotiations, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing commercial lease agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to coordinate leasing activities and property promotions.
- Monitor lease expirations and manage lease renewals or re-terminations proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate management.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Metro Manila and the Philippines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Valid Professional Real Estate License (if applicable) is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the Metro Manila area for site inspections and client meetings.
