Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in structured on-the-job training to master retail operations, including inventory management and POS systems.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Learn to lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Analyze daily sales reports and operational data to suggest improvements for store performance.
- Provide professional advice to customers regarding eyewear products, enhancing the overall brand experience.
- Support in stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and compliance with company safety and operational policies.
- Engage in leadership workshops to develop conflict resolution and professional communication skills.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior retail or internship experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude toward professional development.
