Tanggung Jawab
- Complete a comprehensive 6-month rotation program across store operations, inventory, and floor management.
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock receiving, replenishment, and stock take procedures.
- Lead and motivate the floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high store standards.
- Analyze daily sales reports and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of in-store promotions and visual merchandising displays.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership potential with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet retail demands.
