Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily execution of store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Support the management team in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and attract customers.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery of merchandise.
- Participate in staff training sessions and onboarding of new recruits.
Kualifikasi
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of working experience.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
