We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our flagship store operations in the beautiful and thriving market of Vanuatu. As a key member of the Esfira Pte Ltd team, you will be the driving force behind our retail success, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maximizing sales performance, and cultivating a high-performing team.
Reporting directly to senior management, the Retail Manager will take full ownership of the store's P&L, daily operations, and strategic direction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share. Your leadership will be crucial in recruiting, training, and mentoring a dedicated team of sales associates to deliver unparalleled service standards. You will monitor inventory levels, oversee visual merchandising execution, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in retail management, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in managing stock, reducing shrinkage, and driving operational efficiency is essential. You must be an excellent communicator, capable of building rapport with diverse teams and customers from various backgrounds. - Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-centric environment.
- Drive sales performance by developing strategic initiatives and monitoring KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
- Ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high brand loyalty.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and retail financial metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Vanuatu and adapt to a new cultural and geographical environment.
- Experience in the fashion, luxury, FMCG, or consumer goods sector is an advantage.
