Join Bali Buda as a Retail Manager and lead our dynamic retail operations across Bali's vibrant outlets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across all Bali Buda retail outlets, ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer engagement
- Manage inventory control systems, stock levels, and supplier relationships to optimize product availability
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal events to drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations across all locations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in consumer goods or hospitality sector
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Expertise in inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer experience design
- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; cross-cultural communication skills
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
