Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail station, including fuel dispensing, convenience store sales, and car wash services.
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, conducting regular performance reviews, training sessions, and scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including sales targets, profit margins, and budget adherence.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies at all times.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and increase sales volume.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and reduce shrinkage.
- Coordinate with regional management to align station goals with broader company objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the fuel or convenience store industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures is highly preferred.
