In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and frontline execution, ensuring that our brand standards are consistently met and that our store teams are empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing store efficiency, and mentoring Store Managers to cultivate high-performing teams. We are looking for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a proven track record of scaling operational excellence across multiple locations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and provide leadership to multiple Store Managers to ensure unified operational standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Implement and enforce company-wide strategies, visual merchandising standards, and operational workflows.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, mentor staff, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and cost-control initiatives to maximize store margins.
- Develop and execute localized marketing and promotional campaigns to increase foot traffic and brand loyalty.
- Prepare detailed management reports on regional performance for senior stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail operations, sales management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the Kuala Lumpur area as required for site audits and store support.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and consumer behavior.
