Elite Supplements, Australia’s leading supplement retailer, is expanding into Singapore and is seeking a results‑driven Retail Manager to launch and lead our first outlet at Parkway Parade. As Store Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive sales performance, and build a high‑performing team. You’ll collaborate closely with the regional head office to implement marketing initiatives, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales consultants and part‑time staff.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional displays to maximize product visibility.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing to execute local advertising and community events.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in health, wellness, or sports supplements.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional shifts.
- Knowledge of Singapore retail regulations and health & safety standards is a plus.
