Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of retail dynamics and inventory optimization? Satellite Office is seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandise & Inventory Planner to join our team in Ortigas. In this critical role, you will serve as the bridge between sales data and supply chain execution, ensuring our footwear and merchandise remain available to meet consumer demand without overstocking.
You will be responsible for driving sales performance through data-driven planning, analyzing market trends, and managing stock levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive inventory plans to align stock levels with sales forecasts and seasonal trends.
- Analyze sales data, market performance, and historical patterns to accurately forecast demand for footwear and merchandise.
- Monitor inventory turnover ratios and stock aging to identify slow-moving items and optimize cash flow.
- Collaborate closely with the buying team to set optimal open-to-buy (OTB) limits and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory reports to management.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and accurate placement of stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retail merchandise planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
- Strong experience specifically within the footwear or fashion retail industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadline management.
