As a Merchandiser, you will be the heartbeat of our store floor, ensuring that our latest collections are showcased to perfection and that our customers enjoy a premium shopping experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for translating fashion trends into high-impact visual displays. You will work closely with the store management team to monitor stock levels, implement seasonal merchandising guidelines, and maintain the aesthetic standards that define the MANGO brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute visual merchandising strategies in accordance with MANGO global brand guidelines.
- Ensure constant replenishment and proper placement of stocks on the selling floor.
- Manage store displays, mannequins, and window arrangements to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and monitor product movement to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and seasonal sale events.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization to ensure a premium shopping environment.
- Collaborate with store staff to identify best-selling products and optimize shelf space accordingly.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and stock availability trends.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual styling, or a related fashion retail role.
- Strong sense of fashion trends and brand awareness.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute visual directives accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a dynamic team.
- Must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to stock handling and display setup.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as per retail operations requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion or design is a plus.
