Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled visits to retail outlets (small stores/supermarkets) to execute merchandising activities
- Implement product displays and promotional campaigns according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock availability/shortages to management
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional techniques
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and consumer trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective in-store promotions
- Submit detailed activity reports and performance metrics
- Maintain positive relationships with store owners and staff
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales, merchandising, or retail promotion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of FMCG retail environments
- Target-driven mindset with proven results achievement
- Physical ability to handle frequent store visits and product handling
