Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across all retail locations in the East Coast Region
- Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to prevent stockouts and overstocking situations
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Implement and enforce operational standards across all retail locations
- Train and support store staff on effective sales techniques and operational procedures
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or store management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel within the East Coast Region as required
