As our Retail Operation Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze market trends, and implement operational frameworks that drive efficiency across all locations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail operational strategies to maximize store profitability and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure store targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to store managers and staff to enhance team productivity and professional growth.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service protocols across all offline locations.
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain coordination to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase cost-efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to drive localized marketing and sales campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and managing P&L for a multi-store environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a proven history of managing and developing large, diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
