Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail operational strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide visionary leadership and ongoing mentorship to Area Managers to ensure consistent performance across all locations.
- Oversee inventory management systems to minimize shrinkage, optimize stock levels, and ensure product availability.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and retail metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail industry regulations across all outlets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and procurement teams to drive in-store campaigns and ensure effective product merchandising.
- Manage operational budgets, controlling expenditures to maximize store profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Drive a customer-centric culture by implementing service excellence training and monitoring feedback loops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a senior regional or operations role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex sales data and financial reports.
- Proven expertise in supply chain and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the agility to adapt to fast-paced retail market changes.
- Proficiency in retail management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Ability to travel between retail locations within the Selangor area as required.
