Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze trends, and generate comprehensive reports for management review.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, order placement, stock movement, and conducting regular physical counts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and manage all retail-related reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely settlement.
- Coordinate effectively with sales, logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
- Implement, enforce, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all retail outlets and operations comply with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Assist in the training and development of retail staff on operational procedures and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, with proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles, inventory management, and operational best practices.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and retail management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
