In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our daily retail operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing essential support to our front-end teams and management.

As an Admin Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operational workflow. You will handle vital documentation, inventory coordination, and communication across various departments. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage daily retail administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Assist the operations team in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and facilitating order processing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries and coordinate communications between departments.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records for retail transactions and operational expenses.
  • Support the planning and execution of retail promotions, events, and seasonal displays.
  • Assist in preparing operational performance reports to help management optimize store efficiency.
  • Ensure office supplies and store materials are adequately stocked and managed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or retail operations support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be comfortable working in a retail operational environment and familiar with the Clementi area.
