Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate sales transactions and system integrity
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for retail staff, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Generate and analyze operational reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and store metrics
- Coordinate inventory management processes including stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Act as central liaison between retail stores and corporate office for operational alignment
- Implement and monitor retail policies to maintain operational consistency across all locations
- Resolve escalated operational issues and provide timely solutions to store teams
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail operations management
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software (e.g., SAP Retail, Oracle Retail)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and payroll processing requirements
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation processes
