Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations to ensure seamless execution of brand standards
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail teams through performance coaching and talent development
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute in-store promotions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
