You will oversee daily store activities, manage comprehensive inventory systems, and lead a passionate team of retail associates. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning at all times.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, conducting regular stock takes and audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and schedule retail staff to deliver world-class customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and generate comprehensive reports to optimize stock and maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement, pricing, and delivery of merchandise.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with the FINNS brand guidelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the retail environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Inventory Manager, or similar role in the hospitality or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and modern retail POS software.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic work environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
