Blue Mountain Worldwide Distribution Inc., a premier name in the retail and consumer products sector, is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As the Retail Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing performance strategies that align with our business objectives. Working closely with the Immediate Superior, you will analyze current sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute action plans to drive revenue growth. Your role encompasses overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, customer service standards, and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities include developing sales forecasts, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends, and ensuring that our stores operate efficiently and profitably. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring retail staff to build a high-performance team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in retail management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape in the Philippines and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in coordination with the Immediate Superior to achieve sales targets and improve growth.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure product availability, and oversee supply chain processes to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff to maintain high service standards and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards across all retail locations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and team productivity for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the consumer products sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving performance targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
