We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our retail outlets in Shah Alam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service across all locations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and management of multiple retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet monthly/annual targets.
- Monitor store performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a high-performance team culture focused on customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners for mutual benefit.
- Organize and execute in-store events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand standards, and inventory control procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a retail operations or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
