Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or operations.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
