As our Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our surf store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and implementing effective operational strategies. You'll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of service, inventory management, and visual merchandising that reflect our brand's unique surf culture.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily retail operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor retail staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements based on data analysis
- Manage visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience aligned with brand identity
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the surf or outdoor industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse customers
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and visual display techniques
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
