Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and customer appeal
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of motivating staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications
