Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock management
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations management
- Strong knowledge of retail best practices, inventory management, and customer service standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate staff
- Proficiency in retail management software and analytical tools
