Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Implement company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with retail standards
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Monitor sales performance and analyze metrics to optimize operational efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or automotive sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
- Diploma in Business Management or related field preferred
- Valid Malaysian driver's license (for potential site visits)
