Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough and accurate eye examinations, including visual acuity tests and refractions.
- Prescribe corrective lenses, glasses, and contact lenses tailored to patient needs.
- Provide expert consultations on eye health, disease prevention, and visual care products.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their facial features and lifestyle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly retail targets and promote store initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest optical technologies and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Optometry degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Valid and active Optometry license in Singapore.
- Proven experience in a retail optometry or clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to patient confidentiality and safety.
