Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional eye examinations and vision screenings (for Optometrist roles).
- Provide expert advice on spectacle frames, lenses, and contact lens fitting.
- Maintain high standards of optical dispensing and frame adjustments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat clientele.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the retail space is visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding promotions, eye health, and product maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Optometry or relevant Optical Dispensing certification.
- Registration with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail optical environment is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
