Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in compliance with legal and safety regulations.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and consultations regarding over-the-counter medications and general health concerns.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment, ordering, and monitoring expiry dates.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care and wellness programs.
- Process cash transactions and handle payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent qualification.
- Registered Pharmacist with the Board of Pharmacy Malaysia (BPFK).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
