Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately while verifying dosages and potential interactions
- Provide professional medication counseling and health education to patients
- Manage pharmacy inventory including ordering, stocking, and rotation of pharmaceutical products
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes
- Oversee OTC medication recommendations and preventive health screenings
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation systems
- Lead pharmacy operations during assigned shifts while ensuring service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent pharmaceutical qualification
- Valid and current pharmacist license from the Malaysian Pharmacy Board
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions, and healthcare compliance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex medical information clearly
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and inventory systems
- Demonstrated commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining accuracy
