Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all local health regulations and company policies.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice, medication counseling, and health screenings to customers to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer relationship management.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of pharmaceutical products.
- Supervise and train pharmacy assistants and junior staff, conducting regular performance reviews and skill development sessions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently, ensuring a high level of service excellence.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical services within the retail outlet.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacy Practising Certificate (PPC) issued by the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Board.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy operations.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and potential drug interactions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail environment.
