Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to pharmacy regulations
- Provide professional health consultations and product recommendations to customers
- Manage pharmacy inventory, stock replenishment, and inventory control systems
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems and payment methods
- Maintain pharmacy cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal customer care
- Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets for health/beauty products
- Assist in training new pharmacy staff on operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Pharmacy Technology or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, OTC medications, and health supplements
- Experience with inventory management systems and retail POS technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in dispensing and record-keeping
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
